Reports

See where the money comes from.

What you made, who is coming back, and who has stopped. One page, built out of the bookings you already run.

  • No setup and no formulas
  • Four, eight, or twenty-six weeks
  • Download it as a CSV

The window, against the one before it.

Pick four, eight or twenty-six weeks and the whole page moves with it — revenue, bookings, rebooking rate, no-show rate — each one set against the same length of time immediately before. Revenue counts completed appointments only, so a Tuesday that cancelled never flatters the total.

Which services run long.

The number that decides whether a service earns its slot is not what it charges, it is what it costs you in time. Scheduled against actual minutes, per service, across the last thirty days, once a service has enough grooms behind it to mean anything. A doodle booked for seventy-five minutes that reliably takes ninety is a price or a slot length that wants changing.

The regulars who quietly stopped.

Every pet past its own preferred cadence with nothing on the books, most overdue first. Open one and send them a note, or start a single draft addressed to the whole list. It is the closest thing in here to money already on the table.

Where the numbers come from

Most groomers are reading it the same week they sign up.

  1. Run your weekBookings, completions, cancellations and no-shows are recorded as you work. There is nothing to switch on and nothing to tag.
  2. Pick a windowFour, eight or twenty-six weeks. Every figure on the page is measured over it and compared against the same stretch before.
  3. Export itOne row per week as a CSV, opened by anything your bookkeeper uses.

Questions groomers ask

No. The reports are a view over the appointments you already run, so they fill themselves in as you work. There is no tagging step and no chart to configure.

You choose between four, eight and twenty-six weeks, and each one is compared against the same stretch immediately before it. Arbitrary start and end dates are not something the page offers today — if that is the thing you would use it for, say so before you sign up.

A CSV with one row per week: bookings, completions, cancellations, revenue, new and returning clients, rebooking and cancellation rates, and the reasons clients gave for cancelling. If you have sales tax switched on, there is a second sheet for that.

No, and it will not pretend to. Nothing here benchmarks you against other shops and nothing forecasts next month. Every number on the page is something that already happened in your own calendar.

If you run more than one shop, yes — the page breaks revenue and bookings down per location, and the export carries a location column so you can total them however you like.

Because it has had fewer than three grooms in the last thirty days, and two grooms is an anecdote rather than an average. The page tells you how many services it left out rather than quietly shortening the list.
