Every location keeps its own groomers, their shifts, and its own day. Clients pick a shop before they pick a time. You read all of them in one set of books.
Give each location its own groomers, their shifts, its own capacity caps and days off, and its own timezone and address. Clients choose a shop first, so they only ever see times that shop can actually cover. A van runs from one of your locations rather than needing a shop of its own.
Everyone you employ gets their own login, and none of them add to the bill. Staff get the day, the dogs, and the clients they are working with. Changing settings or prices, adding a location and exporting to CSV are owner-only, on every account and at every shop.
One column per groomer. Pick a groom up, drop it an hour later, and capacity is re-checked as it lands so you cannot double-book by dragging. Then one tap sends the client the text. No cancelling and rebooking to move a dog by an hour.
Every booking is written into the groomer’s own Google Calendar as it happens, and moves and cancellations follow it there. It runs one way on purpose: your hours and your days off live in GroomSpark, so one place decides what clients can book. Each groomer connects her own, so it follows her between shops.
Revenue by location side by side, with the total already added up, over the last four, eight or twenty-six weeks. A shop you closed still shows its history rather than vanishing out of the numbers. Every table exports to CSV, with a location column or one shop at a time.
A price per seat, then a price per location, then a cut of every booking.
Groomers and accounts never change the bill, however many you add. The number of locations is the only thing that does.

Your first location is included in the $79. Each shop or depot after that adds $49 a month, prorated from the day you open it and dropped again when you close it. Accounts and groomers are never charged, however many you have.
Yes. Assign them to both and give them shifts at each, and the two days are worked out together — the database itself refuses to put one groomer in two places at once, whichever shop the second booking came from.
One site. They choose the location as the first step of booking, and the times they are offered come from that shop’s own groomers and shifts. Your services and your prices are one list across every location, so a full groom costs the same wherever they take it.
Staff can see what a groom came to and what the shop took — they are the ones taking the payment. What only an owner account can do is change a price, or take any of it off the platform as a CSV.
Not yet. Every account you invite can switch between your locations, so today the wall is the owner-only one rather than a per-shop one. Per-person location scoping is built into the permissions model and is not yet something you can set, so we are not selling it.
Yes. Clients and pets export to CSV, your revenue tables export week by week with a location column, and the domain is yours to point somewhere else whenever you like.
One transparent price, no contracts, cancel anytime.
Your first location is included, and each additional shop or depot is a $49 line on the same bill.
Nothing else is metered, there is no setup fee, and no percentage comes off your grooms.
Whatever number of shops you’re running it from.
