The board works on any screen. On a wide one it lays the day out in columns; held upright it folds the finished dogs into a rail across the top so the three columns you are working in keep the room below them. A tablet by the dryers is the common setup, but nothing requires one.

Nothing sends without you. Moving a card to ready is the only thing on the board that texts anyone, and it asks you to confirm first, naming the owner it is about to message. Appointment reminders run on their own schedule the day before, not from here.
