Know every dog before it walks in.

Households, pets, coats, temperament, vaccines, and every groom you’ve done. Each visit adds to the record, so it stays current without you maintaining it.

  • The dog’s groom card is on screen at check-in
  • Photos filed with the pet
  • Your clients and pets export as CSV

One card per household, every pet inside it.

Two dogs, one phone number, one card on file. Book either of them and you’re looking at the same client, the same notes, and the same payment history.

What you wrote down is there when the dog is.

The groom card you keep on a dog — body, legs and tail, nails, shampoo — is on screen the moment it’s checked in. The note log sits one tap behind it, dated and signed by whoever wrote it, so the thing you learned the hard way in March is still there in August.

Moving your list in takes about ten minutes.

Import what you have from a spreadsheet or a CSV — the wizard reads your headers and guesses the columns for you. Clients, pets and reports come back out as CSV whenever you like, so export before you cancel and the file is yours.

Live in three steps

Most groomers are running on it the same week they sign up.

  1. Import your listUpload a CSV or a spreadsheet from your old software. It guesses the columns; you confirm them. About ten minutes, once.
  2. Let bookings fill it inEvery appointment adds to the record on its own: what you did, what it cost, and who did it.
  3. Read it before you startThe record opens with the appointment, on whatever screen is nearest.

Questions groomers ask

Yes, if it can export a spreadsheet — CSV, TSV, or an Excel file, up to two thousand rows. You upload it, the wizard guesses which column is which from your headers, and you correct anything it got wrong before a single row is written. Clients and pets come across, along with breed, size, coat, temperament, allergies, vaccination expiry and your notes. Past appointments do not: there is no visit-history field in the importer, so your history starts the day you switch over.

As many as they have. Each pet keeps its own notes and history.

Yes. Caution, aggressive, anxious, senior, muzzle required, no dryer — set them on the pet and they show on the day’s calendar and on your dashboard before the dog is in the building, rather than buried in the record.

They see a page with their upcoming and past appointments, their contact details, and their pets — and they can correct their own phone number, or their dog’s allergies, without emailing you. Your notes on the record stay yours.

Search finds clients by name, phone, email, or pet name.

Nothing, and that is deliberate. They stay on the list and their history stays with your reports, so if they come back you are not starting again. The Reports page keeps a “gone quiet” list of clients who are past their usual gap, which is the thing you actually want to look at. If someone asks to be deleted outright, you can erase them.
