Draw the area you cover and an address outside it cannot take a slot. The drive is held inside the appointment, your day reads as an ordered list of stops, and one tap tells the next client when to expect you.
Trace your area on a map, set a radius, or list the postcodes you serve. An address inside gets times. An address outside gets a straight answer and the distance — "the van covers 30 miles and you’re about 34 out" — instead of your voicemail.
Every stop in order, with the time, the dog, the service and the address — and the drive the booking already held to get you there. A leg that will not fit the gap is flagged before you set off rather than discovered at the kerb.
Leaving the stop before, tap On my way. The next client gets a text with an arrival time worked out from the drive ahead of you, and a link that shows it as a short window. No call, no doorstep waiting, and no map of where you are.
Charge a flat fee per zone, a rate per mile with a free allowance, or a percentage of the groom. It is quoted on the confirmation screen before they pay, with the arithmetic underneath it, and it stays its own line on the ticket at pickup.
Run as many vans as you like from one depot, and it stays one location with its own hours, travel zones and shifts. A second depot or shop is a second location, and that one is an add-on.

Tap On my way as you leave the stop before. They get a text naming the time you should arrive, worked out from the drive ahead of you, and a link that shows it as a short window. It is a tap, not a timer — nothing sends on your behalf.
They can't take a slot. They see how far out they are — the van covers 30 miles and you're about 34 — and a button to try a different address. There is no waitlist to join today, so nobody is left waiting on a list that does not exist.
Yes, on the confirmation screen with the rest of the booking, before any money moves. The arithmetic sits under the figure — the miles covered, the miles charged and the rate — so a client who reads it does not phone to ask.
No. The admin runs in the browser on your phone, and the stop list is built for a small screen.
One account, two locations, one bill. Hours, prices, groomers and travel zones are set separately for each. The second location is an add-on on top of the plan; extra vans working out of one depot are not.
The booking goes through. We would rather take an appointment and let you sort out the pin than turn a client away because a geocoder blinked, so an address we cannot place is charged no travel and reads "Travel included". You see the address on the stop and can call if it looks wrong.
All of it on the one plan. Nothing here is an add-on.
One subscription covers the website, booking, payments, texts and the route.
Nothing is metered, there's no setup fee, and no percentage comes off your grooms.
Mobile grooming is a way of working. The rest of the platform still applies.
